Leave yourself some breadcrumbs…

I hear a lot of talk about the ease of removing negative seller feedback.  With some of the changes Amazon has implemented, it has certainly become easier than it used to be.  What you don’t know is that may be hurting you and here’s why:

Even if you get the feedback removed, it could still be causing issues on your account.  If you get an account suspension notice or a seller performance notification, you have to take a deep dive into your account.  You have to look at buyer messaging, your imperfect orders and your refunds reports, product reviews and your negative feedback.  Starting today–if you aren’t doing this already–KEEP a record of ALL negative feedback removed BEFORE you remove it.  You never know when you’ll need that information and won’t be able to find it anywhere else on your account.
