Have you received a letter like this?

In a nutshell, you are being presented with this:  We are reviewing your listing because we want to ensure the authenticity of the products sold against this ASIN. Your listing is still active. However, we need to hear from you within 7 days of this notification to resolve this concern.

But the actual Performance Notification from Seller Performance Policy or Seller Performance Evaluation or the Product Quality Team can seem a lot more ominous.  And, sometimes, it is. Instead of a friendly head’s up, it could be an actual ASIN Suspension or worse.  You need to reply and quickly to keep your account healthy and make sure you don’t jeopardize your account. Below is an actual letter (with a few details changed to protect the innocent).

At Feedback Repair, we specialize in helping sellers respond to these kinds of letters.  We get you reinstated to sell your ASIN if you have already experienced a suspension.  You can obviously respond to these yourself just like you can write your own suspension POA (Plan of Action), but we stand ready with expert support if you don’t want to take on the risk yourself.

Potential Wholesale Opportunity

Miami Lots is a fairly new company selling palletized liquidated inventory acquired from Amazon’s Lost & Found department.
I sat down and talked with the owner of the parent company of Miami Lots and felt confident about their operation and procedural methods.
This type of sourcing really can be a great fit for some businesses as a part of their product procurement strategy.  I would not recommend it as much
for new sellers who are not as familiar with all of the in’s and out’s of Amazon.  It also works best if you have multiple channels for routing product in
case Amazon doesn’t turn out to be the right match for all of the products in a given lot.  So, if you have your own website(s), eBay, brick and mortar, etc.,
this can be a really great option for you.
Miami Lots has the potential to be a great part of your sourcing strategy for growing your wholesale inventory if you are located
in the Miami area, elsewhere in the USA or even in South America.
You can find them at http://miamilots.com where you can read more or sign up (registration is free).
Here are a few advantages to working with Miami Lots:
  • Flat shipping rate: (free delivery and pickup in Miami); US customers pay $137 / pallet or $25 / box via FedEx.
  • 98.5% Manifest accuracy on their large variety of electronics, sporting goods, computers, home, kitchen, garden, toys, pet products and more. The detailed manifest contains product images and descriptions, condition, sales rank, review rank, pricing, discounts and more. The condition of the items is Brand New, unless otherwise stated.
  • Make offer:  customers have the possibility to negotiate the price.
  • Export to Excel:  you can export the contents of a lot to an Excel file that can be used for further research, accounting, and inventory purposes and more.
  • Watch lot:  keep a close eye on certain lots you like with automated emails
  • Other email notifications:  subscribe to any category that interests you
  • FBA Profit Calculator:  see your projected net profit based on FBA vs MFN.  The Calculator breaks down the different Amazon fees and product costs item by item and then outputs the net profit for each item and the entire lot.
Requirements:  just a valid resale certificate and registration on the website
All major credit cards, PayPal and bank wire are accepted methods of payments.
You can visit the warehouse in person and inspect the lots at 4445 N.W 97th Ave Doral, Miami, Florida
